A single-flanged industrial wheel with 24″ diameter, a 3.84″ bore, weighing approximately 615 lb. A single flange guides the wheel against one side of the rail or track, which suits material-handling transfer cars and powered industrial equipment.

UTEC Industrial precision-machines this wheel from high-alloy, fine-grain steel billets, then performs in-house induction hardening with controlled case depth and hardness verification before shipment. Full raw material chemistry documentation — the complete chemical composition of the steel — is available with every order.
