All shipments are FOB UTEC Industrial (Spokane Valley, WA); freight is arranged and paid by the customer.

Leave blank and UTEC will coordinate freight collect.

Sales tax — Washington deliveries

Orders shipped outside Washington are not charged sales tax. For Washington deliveries, select one:

• Taxable — end use in Washington
• Exempt — resale (WA reseller permit to follow)
• Exempt — manufacturing machinery & equipment (M&E certificate to follow)

UTEC validates exemption certificates during order review.
